Our cheese isn’t an imitation, it’s an alternative and it stands in a category all its own. We start out with USA grown hemp seeds, not nuts, to create a creamy, almost nutty base. From there our patent-pending process incorporates traditional cheesemaking techniques to recreate those irresistible cheesy flavors without the use of nutritional yeast, oils, gums, starches, or flavors found so often in other plant-based cheeses. We strive to keep our ingredient list short and rely on fermentation, an ancient practice, to impart both flavor and important health benefits (gut healthy probiotics!) to our cheese. Our process is slow, but we know the best things in life usually take the most time!
